The Autumnal Equinox was Friday. I happen to love fall. I love the crisp mornings, beautiful changing leaves, apples, pumpkins, bonfires. You name it.
As we walked to school Thursday morning, E holding my hand and chattering, he says: "Man I just don't like fall."
I asked him why and told him how I loved fall.
"I don't like fall, because it just means we are a few months closer to winter. And I really don't like winter."
He pauses.
And adds - "You don't like winter either."
And he is right, I am not a fan of Old Man Winter.
But I sure do like fall.
